hi i keep getting a burning sensation in my throat it comes and goes what can it be , my friend reckons it could be angina

it could just as easily be acid reflux..........Indegestion......spk to your doctor

If its sore throats then its nothing to do with the heart. I get sore throats from being ill, rundown. But could be from allergies or dental problems.
Burning sensation i the chest - the Esophagus could be acid reflux caused(as smithy mentions), best to speak to your doctor, especially if it is happening often. indigestion pills are ok for occasional bouts, but if it is regular there could be an issue your doctor.

I agree with the other comments. Just think, "Who knows more about this subject? Your friend or your G.P.? " Ask the person with the knowledge, every time.
