Hi Seahorse,
There is a new group on Facebook for families with FH. You can access it through the HEART UK website.
I also read on the website that there is a new paediatric register for children with FH.
I think we need some more joined up communication.

One of my three kids has inherited FH from me. She has tried a few statins but has given them up due to adverse affects. She is now 27 and expecting her first child. She has witnessed my prolonged struggles whist trying different statins over the years and has decided not to put herself through all that. I think she's hoping I'll stumble onto something that'll work without adverse affects!

Thanks Mish. I will need to decide for my kids as they are too young to make an informed choice for themselves.
